Notable featuresAn elaborate arts and crafts building with art noveau, art-deco, mannerist, baroque and Chicagoesque motifs. The deep cornice is supported by fanciful scroll like eaves brakets giving the building an frivolous and delightful tone. The attic storey has a smaller cornice and expresses the vertical spandrels of the buildings construction by indenting the string course to show the main load bearing points of the frame.
