Built in the Recent period in the Brutalist style

Notable features

Hotel apartment tower built behind a restored Warwillah mansion.  The building features brutalist exposed concrete demarked with abstract rectangular window patterns with strip metal verandahs and the penthouse levels defined by a trapezoid shaped top in metallic precast render.  Of a similar style to Katsalidis' Republic Tower but on a smaller scale and perhaps lacking the execution.
